We discuss the differences in doing free block projects for strategic email list growth, and patterns for sale projects - and Kristy and I have collaborated on both kinds in the past couple of years.
There’s a lot of organization to get them up and running, and Kristy reminds us that the customer service lift can be pretty heavy at the outset. But we both agree that enthusiastic customers - especially the ones that write sweet emails - are worth the efforts!
